All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
25min Advanced Full-Body
We are taking it to the back on one white spring for this entire workout! This is all-out full-body using the base model, rear platform, and rear handle bars.

Setup: One white spring, rear handlebars on, hand weights near front platform (heavy/medium), bungee, and a little space behind your Micro. Shoutout to: Liliana, Alexa, Melanie, & Claudia!
20min Full-Body Combos
Every exercise in this 20ish minute full-body workout is a combo. What does that mean? Super freaking effective! You just need the base model and front handlebars.
20min Obliques & Outer Glutes
There is something just so good about the burn in your obliques and outer glutes. Trust me. This 20ish minute full-body workout will get it done! You will need the base model, front handlebars, and bungee on your longest setting.
40min Full-Body
This 40 minute full-body class is heavy on the core to begin, followed by legs on the back and front of the Micro, biceps and upper body to bridge your leg series, and a quick but deadly core finisher. You will need: base model, back platform, and rear handlebars. Feel free to remove front handlebars if they get in the way of Spider Kicks.
45min Live Class 12/11
This is a special 45 minute live class guest starring several members of our community: Alexa, Julie, Alyssa, Melanie, and Lakshmi! Setup: one white spring, bungee, and handlebars up front!
35min Full-Body w/Cables
This 35 minute full-body class will use the cables for the majority of the workout. Ditch the cables to finish out the last 5 minutes of class. Class uses: base model, cables, and rear platform. I recommend removing rear handlebars for greater ease.
40min Full-Body
This 40 minute full-body workout starts with upper body, legs in the middle, and obliques to finish. “Woo buddy!”-you’ll get this when you take class ;)
20min Planks & Lunges
This 20 minute workout will torch you in only the way planks and lunges can. You will need the base model, rear platform, and rear handlebars.
45min Live Class 12/4
SETUP: One white spring to begin, hand weights near front platform (optional), bungee on longest setting (optional), and high handle bars on front and back!
30min Abs, Arms, & Glutes
This 30-minute full-body class will focus on: Abs, Arms, & Glutes. You will need the base model plus rear platform.
Bungee Upper Body & Legs (under 20min)
This is likely the most efficient class I've ever taught/taken, and it's just under 20 minutes! Core may not be in the title, but your core will be feeling it too. This class will use the base model and the bungee (on the longest setting). Keep a set of hand weights nearby as an option.
25min Advanced Full-Body
This class will hit some advanced moves and transitions off the back of your Micro! You will need: the base model, rear platform, rear handlebars, and hand weights! LFG!
20min Full-Body w/Weights
Grab some weights and let's get it done! Base model, weights, and full-body in just 20 minutes.
25min Full-Body w/Cables
This 25-minute full-body class will use cables near the end. Substitute in hand weights if you don't have cables. Uses: base model, rear platform, rear handlebars, and cables or weights.
Full-Body Just Under 20!
Short on time, but not intensity! This full-body workout uses the base model, front handlebars, and rear platform.
45min Live Class 11/20
Setup: Remove front handlebars, one white or one white black to begin, and space in front of your Micro.
15min Core & Restore
First half of class is core work on the Micro and on your mat. Second half of class is restorative stretching and breath work.
20min Booty & Arms
Base-model friendly (with or without bungee) class that focuses on glutes, shoulders, and triceps!
38min Full-Body
Do not sleep on this 38 minute full-body class! Think lots of compound exercises! Class will use a medium to heavy hand weight, base model, rear platform, and front handlebars.
