All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
30min Full-Body Bungee!
Hook your bungee up on it’s longest setting and keep some heavy hand weights nearby for rows. This 30 minute full-body class is lighter on planks, but your will feel your core. Uses: base model, front handlebars, rear platform, and weights.
28min Full-Body
This 28 minute full-body workout was not written as an advanced class…but it feels like one! Class uses the base model and front high handlebars.
45min Replay Live 1/22
Setup: one white spring, space in front of and to the sides of your Micro, and rear handlebars attached. Melanie called this one, “Around the World Legs!”
20min Full-Body (lower focus)
This 20 minute lower body focused class will work the full-body. Grab a set of medium to heavy hand weights and the base model of the Micro!
25min Full-Body (upper body focus)
This 25 minute full-body class will focus on the upper body. Begin with cable cuffs attached to the carriage and make some space behind the rear platform. Uses: base model, rear platform, and cables. Remove rear high handlebars.
20min Full-Body (core focus)
This 20 minute full-body class will focus on the core. This is one of my all-time favorites! Uses: base model, rear platform, and high handlebars at the front and back.
45min Replay Live
Setup: one white spring, remove front handlebars, light hand weights (near back platform) or wrist weights, bungee setup for a fun fire hydrant/oblique combo! Shoutout to Melanie who crushed these tricky transitions!
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This is a super effective 20 minute full-body workout. You will need the base model, rear platform, rear handlebars, and hand weights.
45min Full-Body w/Cables
This is a classic 45 minute full-body class. Attach cable cuffs to the back of your carriage and keep the straps nearby to be attached as needed. We will use the base model, back platform, and cables. Remove rear high handlebars.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute full-body workout will use medium hand weights to increase the effectiveness and intensity of your class. This class has only 2 planks, but your core will work in every move. Uses: base model, rear platform, and weights.
45min Live Replay 1/8

25min Full-Body LFG!
LFG! Take a deep breath before you hit play and get ready to work. This 25 minute full-body class uses the base model, rear platform, and medium to heavy hand weights.
40min Full-Body (weights, long bungee)
This 40 minute full-body workout is FIRE. Setup: bungee on longest setting, hand weights (for Sexy Back & Reverse Flys), and rear handle bars setup!
20min Full-Body Flow
This 20 minute full-body class is perfect for getting you into your flow. Move with ease in simple transitions and focus on your breath. Class uses base model and front handlebars.
Replay Live 45min Full-Body
This replay 45 minute live class is the first of 2022 and will set the tone for the New Year! Setup: one white spring, bungee for kicks, and good vibes.
28min Pushing Legs & Crunches
This 28 minute full-body class focuses on pushing (heavy spring) leg exercises and crunches to target your core. Roll out a mat beside your Micro and grab a couple sets of hand weights. Base model friendly.
10min Quick Core Burn!
We all love to squeeze in a quick core sesh! This one uses the base model, rear platform, and rear handle bars. One white is standard. One black if you are feeling a crazy hard challenge!
40min Full-Body w/Weights
This full-body workout encourages you to pick up some heavy weights for a bicep curl series in the middle of your leg series. This class hits every muscle in your body using the base model and hand weights. Remove front handle bars for greater ease in Spider Kicks.
38min Twisted Full-Body
This 38 minute twisted full-body class is likely to throw you off balance—say “hello!” to your core. This class will use the base model, rear platform, and front handlebars.
28min All Out Upper Body & Quick Core
Hook up your cables and let’s torch your upper body while squeezing in a little core work to top things off. This class will burn out the upper body using the base model, bungee, and cables.
