All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
28min Form & Tempo Full-Body
Basics are best! This class will focus on alignment, form, and tempo. Just because it’s “basic” doesn’t mean it’s easy. Uses: front handlebars.
25min One Thing at a Time Full-Body
This class will target one thing at at time: obliques, legs, and then single arm work. Cables will be added at the end or options provided for hand weights instead. Uses: back platform, cables or weights.
28min Add On, Peel Back Full-Body
This 28 minute full-body class is going to be your new favorite burner! Bookmark it. We will add on moves (3 exercises), and then peel them back one by one. Uses: base model.
45min Live Replay 3/26/22
Setup: one white, rear handlebars, and bungee on tight! Your mantra: Show Up. Simple.
10min Core Torcher
This 10 minute core class will quickly have your abs and obliques burning. Uses: one white spring, light hand weights, and rear platform.
35min Full-Body Fun!
It's fun. We promise. This 35 minute full-body class is perfect if you need some levity with your workout. Uses: bungee, rear handlebars, and back platform.
25min Full-Body & Quick Stretch
This is a 25 minute full-body workout with a quick stretch at the end. You know you need it. Uses: medium to heavy weights and front handlebars.
45min Live Replay 3/19/22

25min Upper Body Focus
This 25 minute full-body class will heavily focus on the upper body and incorporate the use of cables for the entire workout. Make some space behind your back platform and remove rear handlebars.
20min Core Focus
This core-focused full-body class will use hand weights and your bungee for kicks! Your core will be challenged in every single move. You only need the base model with an option to use front handlebars.
20min Lower Body Focus
This 20 minute full-body workout will focus on the lower body. Remove front handlebars and get ready to work your lower half!
45min Live Replay 3/12/22
Setup: One white spring, rear handlebars, optional weights. Focus on the little things. They aren’t so little.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute full-body workout will use light and medium hand weights for most of the class. Lots of new moves in this one: Mermaid, Squat Cleans, and Close Grip Press. Uses: rear platform and weights.
20min Less Transitions Full-Body
This 20 minute class will use the base model and front handlebars. Class focuses on fewer transitions to increase the effectiveness of this workout. Challenge yourself to stay in every move!
25min Full-Body w/Cables
This is a 25 minute full-body class that utilizes the cables for every exercise. Entire class is done on the back and involves zero planks. Uses: base model, rear platform, and cables. Remove rear handlebars and create space behind your Micro.
45min Replay Live 3/5
Setup: Rear handlebars, bungee, space in front of Micro, and a little on each side. Live from Crooks Coffee in Santa Rosa, CA.
20min Around the World
This class will have you circling your Micro for 20ish minutes. You will need the base model, rear platform, rear high handlebars, and hand weights.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute full-body workout will target: triceps, core, glutes and hamstrings. You will need light to medium hand weights, the base model, rear platform, and space in front of your Micro.
30min Buns & Guns
This 30 minute full-body workout will focus on your: Buns & Guns! This is one of my favorite classes ever! Uses: base model, bungee, rear platform, cables, and hand weights.
