MicroAdventures was born during 2020 with the goal of bringing high quality Microformer classes into your home studio. Since the new world involves more and more screen-time, we film the majority of our classes outside, because Mother Nature is healing. Along the way, we decided to add Yoga classes to reset and restore your body. We have over 400 on-demand classes.
