All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body (40min)
This is a 40 minute full-body workout that uses the rear platform, rear handlebars, and front handlebars. If you only have one set of handlebars, start with them up front.
Core Focused (30min)
This is a 30 minute full-body workout with an emphasis on the core. Uses: front handlebars. Optional: light hand weights.
Upper Body Focused (30min)
This is a full-body workout focused on the upper body. You will need cables attached to the rear of your carriage. Class is 30 minutes in length. Hand weights could be used as a substitute for cables.
Lower Body Focused (30min)
This is a full-body workout focused on the lower body. Class is 30 minutes in length, using the base model, high handlebars, and one red spring.
Just Like Live Replay (45min, 1/22/23)
Setup: two black springs (or one black and one white), bungee or hand weight, and rear high handlebars on.
Just Like Live (40min, 12/3/22)
Setup: one white spring, hand weights near front platform, and bungee setup tight!
Just Like Live (40min, 11/26/22)
Setup: 2 black springs (or equivalent), cables hooked up to back of carriage (or sub hand weights), and space behind the back platform.
Full-Body w/One Weight (30min)
This class will use one medium to heavy hand weight and your bungee for a unique full-body burn.
Full-Body Basics (30min)
This workout is anything but basic. Play with using the floor as an extension of the Micro and get ready to shake! Uses: front handlebars.
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will use cables attached to the back of the carriage. Remove rear handlebars and create some space behind your Microformer.
Just Like Live (40min, 11/19/22)
Setup: one red spring, bungee on, hand weights near front platform, and space beside the Micro to lay on your side.
Full-Body Add On, Peel Back (20min)
This is one of my all-time fave formats because it is so darn effective! Class uses the rear platform and your inner strength.
Core Activation (25min)
This class uses breathwork and movement on and off the Microformer to teach you to properly activate your core. The intention of this class is to help you get deeper into your core muscles and take what you learn into every workout you do. This class is also prenatal/postnatal friendly.
Full-Body w/Ankle Weights (25min)
This class uses ankle weights, bungee, and front handlebars. If you don't have weights, you will still get an excellent full-body workout. The weights just add a little extra ;)
Advanced Full-Body (20min)
This advanced full-body class will use the rear platform, rear handlebars, and hand weights. LFG!
Full-Body Variations (30min)
Every exercise will begin in a variation. Class uses the base model of the Micro.

Setup: one white, light hand weights near rear platform, medium to heavy hand weights near front platform, bungee on tight, and rear handlebars.
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will focus on the upper body, incorporating the use of cables attached to the rear of your carriage.
Just Like Live (35min, 10/28/22)
Setup: one black, space to both sides of your Micro, and rear platform.
Full-Body Burner (25min)
This class uses light to medium hand weights and the rear platform.
