Classes will drop Monday-Friday below on a daily basis and be available for up to one month at a time. No classes on the weekend, so take a rest day, go play in nature, or hit up a class in real life. Weekends, you do you.

Friday 10/25 Core (10min)
This 10 minute core class will quickly have your abs and obliques burning. Uses: one white spring, light hand weights, and rear platform.
Thursday 10/24 Full-Body w/Weights (20min)
This 20 minute class uses the base model and hand weights. I love how seamless and challenging this workout is!
Wednesday 10/23 Full-Body (40min)
Setup: one white spring, remove front handlebars, light hand weights (near back platform) or wrist weights, bungee setup for a fun fire hydrant/oblique combo! Shoutout to Melanie who crushed these tricky transitions!
Tuesday 10/22 Add On, Peel Back (20min)
This is my all-time favorite format for a quick mega-effective workout on the Micro. Uses: base model and light to medium hand weights.
Friday 10/18 Full-Body w/Core Focus (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will focus on the core. This is one of my all-time favorites! Uses: base model, rear platform, and high handlebars at the front and back.
Thursday 10/17 Full-Body w/Weights (20min)
This 20 minute full-body workout will use light and medium hand weights for most of the class. Lots of new moves in this one: Mermaid, Squat Cleans, and Close Grip Press. Uses: rear platform and weights.
Wednesday 10/16 Full-Body (45min)
Setup: one white spring, front handlebars on, and space for Micro Donkey Kicks.
Monday 10/14 Full-Body (45min)
Setup: one white spring, space in front of Micro, bungee on for kicks, and front handlebars (rear too if you have them)!
Friday 10/11 Planks & Lunges (20min)
This 20 minute workout will torch you in only the way planks and lunges can. You will need the base model, rear platform, and rear handlebars.
Thursday 10/10 Full-Body Combos (20min)
Every exercise in this 20ish minute full-body workout is a combo. What does that mean? Super freaking effective! You just need the base model and front handlebars.
Wednesday 10/9 Full-Body (40min)
This 40 minute full-body workout starts with upper body, legs in the middle, and obliques to finish.
Tuesday 10/8 Advanced Full-Body (25min)
This class will hit some advanced moves and transitions off the back of your Micro! You will need: the base model, rear platform, rear handlebars, and hand weights! LFG!
Monday 10/7 Full-Body (45min)
SETUP: One white spring, hand weights near front platform, bungee on longest setting, and high handle bars on front and back!

Wednesday 10/2 Kick-Ass Prenatal Class (30min)
This 30 minute pre & post natal class is a challenging full-body workout for everyone! Think: heavy legs, upper body, and side planks. This class uses the back platform, cables, and foot strap.
Tuesday 10/1 Core Focus (20min)
This core-focused full-body class will use hand weights and your bungee for kicks! Your core will be challenged in every single move. You only need the base model with an option to use front handlebars.
