All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Core Activation (25min)
This class uses breathwork and movement on and off the Microformer to teach you to properly activate your core. The intention of this class is to help you get deeper into your core muscles and take what you learn into every workout you do. This class is also prenatal/postnatal friendly.
Full-Body Pilates Style Flow (30min)
Enjoy a change of pace with this Pilates style flow on the Micro. Uses bungee and rear platform.
Shoulders, Obliques, & Outer Thighs (20min)
This one will BURN! This 20 minute class will target shoulders, obliques, and outer thighs. Option to use: ankle weights, hand weights, and/or the bungee.
20min All Out Upper Body
This class will focus on the upper body using the back platform and hand weights. Challenge yourself to go heavier with your spring load and weights. You should be feeling it within the first few reps in every move.
25min Full-Body Heavys!
Pick up your heavys! Heavier than usual hand weights to spice up this 25 minute full-body burner! Uses: heavy hand weights and rear platform.
30min Lower & Upper Body Combos
This 30 minute full-body workout will switch off between upper and lower body moves and then combo them together. You will need hand weights and your bungee (setup for kicks).
25min Core-Focused Full-Body w/Cables
This 25 minute core-focused full-body class will have you feeling the flow. You will need cables, the back platform, and to remove rear handlebars.
28min Add On, Peel Back Full-Body
This 28 minute full-body class features add on, peel backs! You know this workout will be fire! Uses: rear platform.
