All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Micro Restorative Yoga (10min)
A little restorative yoga flow on your Micro. This sequence can be done on the Micro or a yoga mat.
Full-Body w/Cables & Stretch (30min)
This 30 minute full-body class uses cables and the back platform. Your workout today is followed by a stretch using the cables.
20min Core & Restore
This is a 15 minute plus core workout, followed by a restorative stretch using cables and spring tension. Uses: cables and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars and create space behind your Micro. Option to do all moves without cables given!
28min Core, Upper Body, & Restore
This 28 minute class will work your core and upper body on the Micro, as well as an upper body series with medium to heavy hand weights (triceps, biceps, shoulders) on the floor. Class finishes with a little restorative stretch. Uses: rear platform and weights.
25min Full-Body & Quick Stretch
This is a 25 minute full-body workout with a quick stretch at the end. You know you need it. Uses: medium to heavy weights and front handlebars.
28min Full-Body & Stretch
This is a 20-ish minute full-body workout followed by 5 minutes to cool down and stretch. Class will use the base model and rear platform.
35min Full-Body & Stretch
This 35 minute class is a 28 minute full-body workout followed by a 7 minute cool down and stretch. Class will use cables for the first several exercises and just the base model is needed after that.
15min Core & Restore
First half of class is core work on the Micro and on your mat. Second half of class is restorative stretching and breath work.
10min Upper Body Stretch
We spend a lot of time in plank, like A LOT. Dedicate 10 minutes to stretching out your upper body, some mindful breaths, and a little reset. Grab a mat and some floor space.
Quick Micro Stretch
This is a quick little 6 minute stretch to lengthen your muscles and center your energy. Add to the end of any workout, anytime!
20min Full-Body Reset
This 15 minute workout, followed by 5 minutes of stretching, is for the days when you don’t feel like working out. This is a gentle workout that will help you wake up in the morning or shift and re-align your energy later in the day. This is also a great rest day workout/stretch. You will need the base model and rear platform of the Microformer.
8min Restorative Yoga
This is a short restorative yoga flow to stretch, ground, and reset your energy. This can be done on or off your Microformer.
