All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body (40min)
This is a classic full-body experience in 40 minutes! Uses: rear platform and cables.
Just Like Live (40min 7/16/22)
Setup: one white spring, bungee, rear handlebars, and light hand weights. Pre-natal, postnatal, and pregnancy options provided by Alexa :)
Micro Restorative Yoga (10min)
A little restorative yoga flow on your Micro. This sequence can be done on the Micro or a yoga mat.
Full-Body Cable Class (20min)
You will need your cables and space behind your back platform. Let's do this.
Full-Body Combos (20min)
This class is short on time, but not intensity! Uses: bungee and hand weights!
Full-Body Weights & Bungee (30min)
This class is one of my favorites to date! Remove front handlebars, hook up your bungee, and grab a couple sets of hand weights!
Just Like Live (40min 7/9/22)
Setup: one white spring, front handlebars, and bungee on shortest setting.
Creative Core (10min)
This 10 minute workout will target your core and may include a few exercises you wouldn’t normally think of for core.
Abs & Arms (20min)
Hook up your cables for 20 minutes of abs and arms. Add ankle and/or wrist weights for and added challenge!
Full-Body w/Weights (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will use: hand weights, bungee, and a mat beside your Micro.
Booty & Waist (20min)
This class will focus on your glutes and waistline using the base model and front handlebars.
Just Like Live (40min, 6/25/22)
Setup: one white spring, rear handlebars on, bungee for kicks, and light hand weights near back platform for shoulders and triceps.
Full-Body w/Cables & Stretch (30min)
This 30 minute full-body class uses cables and the back platform. Your workout today is followed by a stretch using the cables.
Shoulders, Obliques, & Outer Thighs (20min)
This one will BURN! This 20 minute class will target shoulders, obliques, and outer thighs. Option to use: ankle weights, hand weights, and/or the bungee.
Upper Body Add On (8min)
This class uses hand weights and the back platform to target triceps, back, and core.
Just Like Live (45min, 6/18/22)
Setup: one white spring, rear handlebars, and light hand weights near back platform.
20min Add On, Peel Back
This is my all-time favorite format for a quick mega-effective workout on the Micro. Uses: base model and light to medium hand weights.
40min Full-Body w/Wrist Weights
This 40 minute full-body workout will target: glutes, triceps, abs, and obliques. Uses: back platform, bungee, and optional wrist weights.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute class uses the base model and hand weights. I love how seamless and challenging this workout is!
