Yoga Classes
Yoga is a way to connect your body with your breath and can be done anywhere with zero equipment. All classes are beginner-friendly and are meant to compliment your Microformer workouts. Classes do not include music, but a curated playlist can be found beneath each class. Ensure you are not on “shuffle” and control your desired music level directly in the Spotify app.
45min Vinyasa Flow
This yoga class will get into your hips and hamstrings and encourage you to let go of perfection and embrace distraction. The world will never be quiet and we will practice anyway.

Take 10 minutes today to breathe, stretch, and move your body. This flow is gentle and focuses on stretching muscles commonly worked on the Micro.

This 20 minute yoga flow is a short and sweet way to warm up your body, connect breath to movement, and ground your energy.
45min Vinyasa Flow
This is our very first MicroAdventures Yoga class! This 45-minute flow is designed to compliment your Microformer workouts and center your energy. I recommend this class for when you are traveling, taking a rest day from the Micro, or need a shift in your energy.
