All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body w/One Weight (30min)
This class will use one medium to heavy hand weight and your bungee for a unique full-body burn.
Full-Body Basics (30min)
This workout is anything but basic. Play with using the floor as an extension of the Micro and get ready to shake! Uses: front handlebars.
Core Activation (25min)
This class uses breathwork and movement on and off the Microformer to teach you to properly activate your core. The intention of this class is to help you get deeper into your core muscles and take what you learn into every workout you do. This class is also prenatal/postnatal friendly.
Full-Body w/Ankle Weights (25min)
This class uses ankle weights, bungee, and front handlebars. If you don't have weights, you will still get an excellent full-body workout. The weights just add a little extra ;)
Full-Body Variations (30min)
Every exercise will begin in a variation. Class uses the base model of the Micro.
Full-Body Burner (25min)
This class uses light to medium hand weights and the rear platform.
Full-Body w/Cables (25min)
Hook your cables up and create some space behind your Micro and feel the burn. Side booty, core, and biceps specifically.
Full-Body Pilates Style Flow (30min)
Enjoy a change of pace with this Pilates style flow on the Micro. Uses bungee and rear platform.
Full-Body Heavys (30min)
This 30 minute full-body class will use the base model and heavy hand weights.
Full-Body w/Pulley Cables or Weights (25min)
You will need space to both sides of your Micro and pulley cables or hand weights for this full-body banger!
Full-Body w/Mat Work (20min)
Roll out a mat beside your Micro and get deep into your core muscles with this 20 minute class. Uses: base model. Remove front handlebars.
Full-Body off the Front (30min)
This full-body class will use space in front of your front platform and front handlebars.
Full-Body off the Back (25min)
This whole class is done on one white spring using space behind the back platform and light and heavy hand weights.
Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will use light hand weights and some space in front of your Micro.
Full-Body Flow (25min)
This class is really taking “full-body” to a new level. Every exercise will require the full focus of your mind to find your balance and recruit all the major muscles of the body. Uses: hand weights, bungee, and front handlebars.
Full-Body Doubles Series (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will work the two sides of your body in tandem, hence, “doubles series.” Uses: light hand weights.
Full-Body w/Weights (30min)
This full-body class uses hand weights, rear platform, and rear handlebars.
Full-Body w/Pulley Cables (25min)
This 25 minute pulley cable workout is a great full-body burner. Not a single plank, but your core will be on fire. Uses: rear platform and pulley cables.
Abs, Triceps, & Hammies! (20min)
This class will focuses on: triceps, abs, and hamstrings. Uses: rear platform, rear handlebars, bungee, and hand weights.
Obliques, Biceps, & Booty! (20min)
Hook your cables up to the back of your carriage for this class that will focus on: obliques, biceps, and booty! Uses: cables, rear platform, and optional hand weights.
