All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Just Like Live Replay (40min, 11/5/22)
Setup: one white, light hand weights near rear platform, medium to heavy hand weights near front platform, bungee on tight, and rear handlebars.
Classic Lagree Full-Body (35min)
This class uses front handlebars and will give you the classic Lagree burn we all love so much!
Core Focused Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute core-focused full-body class uses the back platform.
Just Like Live (40min, 7/30/22)
Setup: cable cuffs hooked up (cables nearby), one white or one black spring, and a mat beside your Micro for side-lying leg press.
Full-Body Cable Class (20min)
You will need your cables and space behind your back platform. Let's do this.
Creative Core (10min)
This 10 minute workout will target your core and may include a few exercises you wouldn’t normally think of for core.

Setup: one white spring, front handlebars on, and space for Micro Donkey Kicks.
20min Booty Work!
We all love a good booty workout! This class uses the back platform, cables, and bungee on it’s longest setting.
25min Full-Body Heavys!
Pick up your heavys! Heavier than usual hand weights to spice up this 25 minute full-body burner! Uses: heavy hand weights and rear platform.
Just Like Live (45min 5/7/22)
Setup: one white spring, space in front of Micro, bungee on for kicks, and front handlebars (rear too if you have them)!
20min Off the Back
This 20 minute full-body burner is done entirely on one white spring on the back of the Micro. Challengers: put on your wrist weights or pick up some light hand weights. Uses: back platform and rear handlebars.
25min Heavy Dumbbells
This class encourages you to pick up “heavy” dumbbells, so pick a weight that is heavier than what you normally use with your Micro. Setup: remove front handlebars, hand weights, bungee, and rear platform.
35min Ankle Weights
This 35 minute full-body workout will incorporate ankle weights for a fun challenge! No ankle weights? No problem! Do all the same exercises without the weights and I promise it’ll burn either way. Uses: mat beside Micro, ankle weights, and front handlebars.
28min Core, Upper Body, & Restore
This 28 minute class will work your core and upper body on the Micro, as well as an upper body series with medium to heavy hand weights (triceps, biceps, shoulders) on the floor. Class finishes with a little restorative stretch. Uses: rear platform and weights.
40min Full-Body w/Cables
This 40 minute full-body class will use cables (or substitute weights), a light hand weight, and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars. Best part: one black spring for the whole class!
25min Core-Focused Full-Body w/Cables
This 25 minute core-focused full-body class will have you feeling the flow. You will need cables, the back platform, and to remove rear handlebars.
28min Add On, Peel Back Full-Body
This 28 minute full-body class is going to be your new favorite burner! Bookmark it. We will add on moves (3 exercises), and then peel them back one by one. Uses: base model.
10min Core Torcher
This 10 minute core class will quickly have your abs and obliques burning. Uses: one white spring, light hand weights, and rear platform.
25min Upper Body Focus
This 25 minute full-body class will heavily focus on the upper body and incorporate the use of cables for the entire workout. Make some space behind your back platform and remove rear handlebars.
