All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Just Like Live Replay (45min, 1/22/23)
Setup: two black springs (or one black and one white), bungee or hand weight, and rear high handlebars on.
Just Like Live (40min, 12/3/22)
Setup: one white spring, hand weights near front platform, and bungee setup tight!
Just Like Live (40min, 11/26/22)
Setup: 2 black springs (or equivalent), cables hooked up to back of carriage (or sub hand weights), and space behind the back platform.
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will use cables attached to the back of the carriage. Remove rear handlebars and create some space behind your Microformer.
Core Activation (25min)
This class uses breathwork and movement on and off the Microformer to teach you to properly activate your core. The intention of this class is to help you get deeper into your core muscles and take what you learn into every workout you do. This class is also prenatal/postnatal friendly.
Advanced Full-Body (20min)
This advanced full-body class will use the rear platform, rear handlebars, and hand weights. LFG!
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will focus on the upper body, incorporating the use of cables attached to the rear of your carriage.
Full-Body w/Cables (25min)
Hook your cables up and create some space behind your Micro and feel the burn. Side booty, core, and biceps specifically.
Just Like Live (40min, 10/22/22)
Setup: one white, rear handlebars, hand weights near back platform.
Full-Body w/Pulley Cables or Weights (25min)
You will need space to both sides of your Micro and pulley cables or hand weights for this full-body banger!
Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will use light hand weights and some space in front of your Micro.
Just Like Live (40min, 10/8/22)
Setup: one white, bungee for kicks, and light to medium hand weights.
Full-Body Burner (40min)
This 40 minute full-body burner will use rear handlebars, rear platform, and optional pulley cables.
Just Like Live (40min, 9/17/22)
Setup: one white spring, front handlebars, and light and medium hand weights.
Full-Body Flow (25min)
This class is really taking “full-body” to a new level. Every exercise will require the full focus of your mind to find your balance and recruit all the major muscles of the body. Uses: hand weights, bungee, and front handlebars.
Full-Body Combos off the Back (20min)
All combos and all on the back of the Micro. Uses: rear platform and rear handlebars.
Full-Body w/Pulley Cables (25min)
This 25 minute pulley cable workout is a great full-body burner. Not a single plank, but your core will be on fire. Uses: rear platform and pulley cables.
Full-Body w/Weights & Bungee (20min)
This is an efficient 20 minute full-body burner using the bungee, hand weights, and front handlebars.
Abs, Triceps, & Hammies! (20min)
This class will focuses on: triceps, abs, and hamstrings. Uses: rear platform, rear handlebars, bungee, and hand weights.
