26min Abs, Arms, & Glutes w/Cables

This 26 minute workout will focus on abs, arms, and glutes and make use of the Lagree cables. Option to use hand-weights rather than cables. Create space behind your Micro and the entire class will be at the back end and near the sides of your machine.
