All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Just Like Live (40min, 11/26/22)
Setup: 2 black springs (or equivalent), cables hooked up to back of carriage (or sub hand weights), and space behind the back platform.
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will use cables attached to the back of the carriage. Remove rear handlebars and create some space behind your Microformer.
Full-Body w/Cables (20min)
This full-body class will focus on the upper body, incorporating the use of cables attached to the rear of your carriage.
Full-Body w/Cables (25min)
Hook your cables up and create some space behind your Micro and feel the burn. Side booty, core, and biceps specifically.
Just Like Live (45min, 9/10/22)
Setup: one white spring, cables hooked to back of carriage, and front handlebars. Some prenatal options provided.
Just Like Live (40min, 8/13/22)
Setup: Cables on, modify springs as needed, space behind back platform and to sides. A mat can be used for comfortability beside the Micro.
Obliques, Biceps, & Booty! (20min)
Hook your cables up to the back of your carriage for this class that will focus on: obliques, biceps, and booty! Uses: cables, rear platform, and optional hand weights.
Just Like Live (40min, 7/30/22)
Setup: cable cuffs hooked up (cables nearby), one white or one black spring, and a mat beside your Micro for side-lying leg press.
Full-Body (40min)
This is a classic full-body experience in 40 minutes! Uses: rear platform and cables.
Full-Body Cable Class (20min)
You will need your cables and space behind your back platform. Let's do this.
Abs & Arms (20min)
Hook up your cables for 20 minutes of abs and arms. Add ankle and/or wrist weights for and added challenge!
Full-Body w/Cables & Stretch (30min)
This 30 minute full-body class uses cables and the back platform. Your workout today is followed by a stretch using the cables.
25min Full-Body w/Cables
This 25 minute class will torch your full-body using cables and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars. No cables? Use hand weights and a bungee!
20min Booty Work!
We all love a good booty workout! This class uses the back platform, cables, and bungee on it’s longest setting.
20min Core & Restore
This is a 15 minute plus core workout, followed by a restorative stretch using cables and spring tension. Uses: cables and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars and create space behind your Micro. Option to do all moves without cables given!
40min Classic Full-Body
This is a classic 40 minute full-body class! You will use cables (option for weights) and the rear handlebars.
Just Like Live (45min, 5/14/22)
Setup: One white spring, cables on, and hand weights near front platform. You will need enough space to stand behind the back platform, in front of the front platform, and a mat near by for floor work!
20min Abs & Arms
This is 20 minutes of abs, obliques, biceps and triceps. There many be a touch of sneaky lower body work, but just a tad. This is abs and arms at its best. Uses: cables, foot straps, and rear platform. Modify springs as needed!
30min Kickass Prenatal Class
This 30 minute pre & post natal class is a challenging full-body workout for everyone! Think: heavy legs, upper body, and side planks. This class uses the back platform, cables, and foot strap.
Just Like Live! (45min 4/23/22)
Setup: 1-2 black springs, rear handlebars, and cables attached to back of your carriage (or substitute hand weights).
