27min Full-Body One Red

This 27 minute full-body class uses one red spring (option to add a black if you need more resistance) the entire class. We filmed this class in Cathedral Park in 45 degree weather, so we made every second count! I would recommend removing your front handlebars, as they will get in your way during Spider Kicks & Micro Donkey Kicks. This workout utilizes the base model and the carriage strap on the Microformer. *sound cuts out a little during this class
