37min Full-Body w/Weights

This 37 minute full-body workout will focus on the back of the body: triceps, lats, rhomboids, glutes, hamstrings, etc. We will work on both the back and front of the Microformer with options to modify. This class utilizes the base model, rear platform, rear handlebars and a set of hand weights for tricep kickbacks, chest opener, and bent over rows.
