30min Full-Body w/Lagree Cables

This is a 30 minute full-body workout, facing the front of the machine, using the Lagree cables strapped to the back of your carriage (you can substitute hand weights instead). This workout utilizes the base model, back platform, and Lagree cables for the Microformer.
