40min Full-Body w/Cables

This 40 minute full-body workout will make use of cables hooked to the back of your carriage. A loop at the end of your cable to be used as a foot strap will be helpful for: Scrambled Eggs, Donkey Kicks, Leg Sweeps, Leg Press, and Outer Thigh Lifts. This class uses the base model and cables.
