Mix & Match 2: Lower Body

This class is part of a 3-part series that can be done solo (18min) or mixed with one or two of the others for a 36min or 54min full-body workout as you like! This 18 minute lower body focused class will use the base model. Pick up hand weights if you’re looking for an extra burn. Class will feature a Dynamic Runner’s Lunge!
