All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
20min Booty Work!
We all love a good booty workout! This class uses the back platform, cables, and bungee on it’s longest setting.
25min Kicks & Crunches
This 25 minute class will target your core and your booty! Lots of crunches and kicks! Uses: light hand weight, bungee, and rear platform.

Mix & Match 2: Lower Body
This class is part of a 3-part series that can be done solo (18min) or mixed with one or two of the others for a 36min or 54min full-body workout as you like! This 18 minute lower body focused class will use the base model. Pick up hand weights if you’re looking for an extra burn. Class will feature a Dynamic Runner’s Lunge!
8min Bungee Booty!
Short, simple, sweet bungee booty burn! Enjoy this 8 minute scorcher for your glutes! Class will use: base model and bungee. No bungee? Substitute in a loop band around your thighs or a hand weight.
10min Heavy Pushing Legs w/Weights
This heavy spring leg series will get it done for the lower body. Base model only needed and options given for hand weights. Let’s go!

All about the legs in this light spring class! You will need the base model, rear platform, and one white spring is recommended!
20min Series 2: Lower Body
This 20 minute lower body focused class can be paired with two others to target upper body and core. Do them all at once or spread throughout the week. All you need is the base model and option to add hand weights.
17min Series 2: Lower Body
This 17min class is part of a 3-part series for a 50min full-body workout. This class uses the base model, rear platform, and white spring. Modifications can be made for all equipment.
15min Series 2: Lower Body
This 15 minute lower body focused class can be stand alone or as part of a 3-part series for a 45 minute full-body class. This class uses the base model and hand-weights.
10min Series 2: Lower Body
This 10 minute lower body class can be done stand alone or as part of a 3-part series for a full-body workout. Class will use the base model and the bungee.
Summer Series 2: Lower Body
This is a 17 minute lower body workout that can be done as a stand alone or part of a 3-part summer series for a full body workout. This class uses the base model of the Micro and targets all the major muscles of the legs.
36min Abs & A** w/Weights
This 36min full-body workout will focus on abs and a**! Grab a set of hand weights to get an extra burn and add in upper body work. This one will GET IT DONE! This class uses: base model, front handlebars, and the back platform.
28min Outer Thighs & Core
This class will focus on outer thighs and core. Look forward to some time lying down beside and on top of your Micro in: bridge lifts in a turnout position and side lying leg press. Class will use the base model and back platform.
14min Just Glutes!
This 14 minute workout will focus exclusively on your glutes. This class uses the base model of the Microformer and the bungee.
