All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body Basics (30min)
This workout is anything but basic. Play with using the floor as an extension of the Micro and get ready to shake! Uses: front handlebars.
Just Like Live (40min, 11/19/22)
Setup: one red spring, bungee on, hand weights near front platform, and space beside the Micro to lay on your side.
Full-Body w/Ankle Weights (25min)
This class uses ankle weights, bungee, and front handlebars. If you don't have weights, you will still get an excellent full-body workout. The weights just add a little extra ;)
Full-Body Burner (25min)
This class uses light to medium hand weights and the rear platform.
Full-Body off the Front (30min)
This full-body class will use space in front of your front platform and front handlebars.
Just Like Live (45min, 9/10/22)
Setup: one white spring, cables hooked to back of carriage, and front handlebars. Some prenatal options provided.
Just Like Live (40min, 9/3/22)
Setup: one white or one black, front handlebars and space and/or a mat beside your Micro. Prenatal options provided.
Full-Body Doubles Series (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will work the two sides of your body in tandem, hence, “doubles series.” Uses: light hand weights.

This full-body class uses hand weights, rear platform, and rear handlebars.

This is 20 minutes of full-out full-body. Welcome back to class Jessiah! Uses: rear platform.
Obliques, Biceps, & Booty! (20min)
Hook your cables up to the back of your carriage for this class that will focus on: obliques, biceps, and booty! Uses: cables, rear platform, and optional hand weights.
Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will pack a punch. Uses: bungee and front handlebars.

This class will challenge the core, hamstrings, and inner thighs. Uses: light hand weights, bungee, and front handlebars.
Micro Restorative Yoga (10min)
A little restorative yoga flow on your Micro. This sequence can be done on the Micro or a yoga mat.
Shoulders, Obliques, & Outer Thighs (20min)
This one will BURN! This 20 minute class will target shoulders, obliques, and outer thighs. Option to use: ankle weights, hand weights, and/or the bungee.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute class uses the base model and hand weights. I love how seamless and challenging this workout is!
Mini Full-Body (15min)
This is a mini full-body workout for when you are pressed for time or just in the mood for a quick class! Uses: base model.
25min Full-Body
This 25 minute full-body burner will focus on core and upper body to start, followed by red spring legs, and a fun core finisher! Uses: back platform.

Setup: one white, wrist weights or light hand weights, front handlebars, and bungee for kicks!
