22min Full-Body Express
This 22 minute full-body Microformer class will use the base model and back platform. This workout features a walking wheelbarrow and star squats, a couple of my faves! If you do not have the back platform, substitute Super Crunch (instead of reverse) and Standing Inner Thighs (instead of reverse).
