24min Full-Body Express Facing the Back

This 24 minute full-body workout will use the front and back of the Microformer with effective variations on classic moves to speed up the burn. This class will use the base model and back platform. If you don’t have a back platform, you can modify reverse kneeling inner thighs by doing standing inner thighs on the front of the machine.
