30min Full-Body w/Cables

This 30 minute full-body workout with cables will use the cables for arm work near the beginning of class. Make some space behind your Micro and attach cable cuffs to the back carriage rail. You’ll be cued when to attach/detach cables, so they don’t drag under the machine when not in use. You only need the base model and a set of cables that attach to the back of the carriage. Yoga straps will work!
