40min Full-Body w/Cables

This 40 minute full-body class makes use of the Lagree cables. You can substitute yoga straps attached to the back of your carriage or use hand-weights. Make some space behind your Micro and attach cuffs to back carriage rail to start, and leave cables detached until needed. Some of my fave cables moves in class include: Tailbone Angel, Sexy Back, & Knee Strap Crunches!
