45min Full-Body Burn

This 45 minute full-body workout will use your front handlebars, rear platform, and the bungee. Some of my favorite moves from class include: Spicy Bear, Tailbone Torso Twist, and Reverse Lateral Lunge. This class has a great bicep and chest block built into the middle of the routine to torch your upper body! Enjoy!
