40min Full-Body w/Challenges

This 40-minute full-body class will feature a couple challenges on pushups, squats, and long jump. This class uses the base model, front handlebars, bungee, and rear platform, but can be modified for the equipment you have. Class also features a new move called Night Hawk; think thread the needle with an arm and leg floating!
