26min AMRAP

This workout is perfect for when you have extra energy to burn and want to break a sweat! This class combines short bursts of AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 30-60 second intervals with classic, slow, controlled movements on the Microformer. Class will use base model of the machine and some space of the floor for jump squats. If jumping isn’t your thing, opt for regular air squats on the floor.
