42min Full-Body

This 42 minute full-body class features Express Lunge (no springs) and a solid oblique series on the front and back of the machine. Class includes a Tailbone Torso Twist and Elevator Lunge, both using the bungee. You will need the base model, rear platform, and a bungee or a hand weight. Remove your front handlebars before starting class.
