40min Full-Body w/Mat & Weights

This 40 minute full-body class will make use of a mat and light hand weights for a few exercises off the Micro. Trust me, this one is good! Uses: base model, rear platform, front handlebars, mat, and light hand weights. Remove rear handlebars.
