All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body w/One Weight (30min)
This class will use one medium to heavy hand weight and your bungee for a unique full-body burn.
Full-Body Variations (30min)
Every exercise will begin in a variation. Class uses the base model of the Micro.
Full-Body w/Loop Band Arms (20min)
This class will use the base model and a loop resistance band for the upper body. Option to use wrist weights or hand weights.
Full-Body Heavys (30min)
This 30 minute full-body class will use the base model and heavy hand weights.
Full-Body off the Front (30min)
This full-body class will use space in front of your front platform and front handlebars.
Upper Body Focused Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute upper body focused full-body class uses handweights, bungee, and an optional mat beside your Micro.
Opposites Day! Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute full-body workout will have you shift your focus for a different perspective on the Micro. Uses: bungee.
Full-Body w/Weights & Bungee (20min)
This full-body class opens with giant core work, followed by all red springs legs with hand weights, and finishes with just a touch more core. Uses: hand weights, rear platform, and bungee.
Full-Body w/Weights (30min)
I love this 30 minute full-body burner! Uses: hand weights, rear platform, and front handlebars.
Kickass Prenatal Class (25min)
This is a pre and post natal friendly class that will offer levels to challenge everyone! Uses: bungee on longest setting.
Full-Body w/Weights (20min)
This 20 minute full-body class will use: hand weights, bungee, and a mat beside your Micro.
20min Add On, Peel Back
This is my all-time favorite format for a quick mega-effective workout on the Micro. Uses: base model and light to medium hand weights.
20min All Out Upper Body
This class will focus on the upper body using the back platform and hand weights. Challenge yourself to go heavier with your spring load and weights. You should be feeling it within the first few reps in every move.
20min Core & Restore
This is a 15 minute plus core workout, followed by a restorative stretch using cables and spring tension. Uses: cables and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars and create space behind your Micro. Option to do all moves without cables given!
Just Like Live (45min, 5/14/22)
Setup: One white spring, cables on, and hand weights near front platform. You will need enough space to stand behind the back platform, in front of the front platform, and a mat near by for floor work!
25min Full-Body Bungee
Set your bungee up on it’s longest setting for side lying leg press and loads of upper body work with the bungee. No classic kicks today. Uses: bungee and base model. Option to substitute a hand weight.
30min Full-Body Combos
This is 30 minutes of non-stop full-body! This class combos upper body and lower body exercises, and uses ladders to pack a major punch. You will be on one black spring the whole class and will need hand weights and your bungee.
25min Wrist Weights
This full-body workout incorporates wrist-weights, light hand weights, or just simply use your arms. You will need: wrist weights and rear platform.
25min Heavy Dumbbells
This class encourages you to pick up “heavy” dumbbells, so pick a weight that is heavier than what you normally use with your Micro. Setup: remove front handlebars, hand weights, bungee, and rear platform.
35min Ankle Weights
This 35 minute full-body workout will incorporate ankle weights for a fun challenge! No ankle weights? No problem! Do all the same exercises without the weights and I promise it’ll burn either way. Uses: mat beside Micro, ankle weights, and front handlebars.
