All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Core Activation (25min)
This class uses breathwork and movement on and off the Microformer to teach you to properly activate your core. The intention of this class is to help you get deeper into your core muscles and take what you learn into every workout you do. This class is also prenatal/postnatal friendly.
Core Focused Full-Body (20min)
This 20 minute core-focused full-body class uses the back platform.
Creative Core (10min)
This 10 minute workout will target your core and may include a few exercises you wouldn’t normally think of for core.
Abs & Arms (20min)
Hook up your cables for 20 minutes of abs and arms. Add ankle and/or wrist weights for and added challenge!
Upper Body Add On (8min)
This class uses hand weights and the back platform to target triceps, back, and core.
10min Quick Core!
This is a quick 10 minute core burner! Add on to your fave full-body class for a little extra or hit it as a fast stand alone core workout. Uses: rear platform.
20min Core & Restore
This is a 15 minute plus core workout, followed by a restorative stretch using cables and spring tension. Uses: cables and rear platform. Remove rear handlebars and create space behind your Micro. Option to do all moves without cables given!
20min Abs & Arms
This is 20 minutes of abs, obliques, biceps and triceps. There many be a touch of sneaky lower body work, but just a tad. This is abs and arms at its best. Uses: cables, foot straps, and rear platform. Modify springs as needed!
28min Core, Upper Body, & Restore
This 28 minute class will work your core and upper body on the Micro, as well as an upper body series with medium to heavy hand weights (triceps, biceps, shoulders) on the floor. Class finishes with a little restorative stretch. Uses: rear platform and weights.
25min Kicks & Crunches
This 25 minute class will target your core and your booty! Lots of crunches and kicks! Uses: light hand weight, bungee, and rear platform.
25min Core-Focused Full-Body w/Cables
This 25 minute core-focused full-body class will have you feeling the flow. You will need cables, the back platform, and to remove rear handlebars.
10min Core Torcher
This 10 minute core class will quickly have your abs and obliques burning. Uses: one white spring, light hand weights, and rear platform.
20min Core Focus
This core-focused full-body class will use hand weights and your bungee for kicks! Your core will be challenged in every single move. You only need the base model with an option to use front handlebars.
25min Upper Body & Core w/Cables
This 25 minute class will focus on your upper body and core. Hook up your cables to start and create as much space as possible behind your back platform. Remove rear handlebars.
20min Core & Lower Body
This 20 minute class will target your core and lower body. Uses: base model, rear platform, and front handlebars.
30min Full-Body (core focus)
This 30 minute full-body workout will focus on the core in every move. You will need the base model, rear platform, light to medium hand weights, bungee, and space in front of the Micro.
25min Abs & Arms
This 25 minute abs and arms class (one of my fave formats, because it goes by fast!) will use both the carriage and cables to work the upper body and core.
20min Full-Body (core focus)
This 20 minute full-body class will focus on the core. This is one of my all-time favorites! Uses: base model, rear platform, and high handlebars at the front and back.
10min Quick Core Burn!
We all love to squeeze in a quick core sesh! This one uses the base model, rear platform, and rear handle bars. One white is standard. One black if you are feeling a crazy hard challenge!
28min All Out Upper Body & Quick Core
Hook up your cables and let’s torch your upper body while squeezing in a little core work to top things off. This class will burn out the upper body using the base model, bungee, and cables.
