All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.

This class uses hand weights and the back platform to target triceps, back, and core.
10min Quick Core!
This is a quick 10 minute core burner! Add on to your fave full-body class for a little extra or hit it as a fast stand alone core workout. Uses: rear platform.
Quick Micro Stretch
This is a quick little 6 minute stretch to lengthen your muscles and center your energy. Add to the end of any workout, anytime!
9min Upper Body Love
You and the base model of the Micro is all you need to scorch your upper body! Pair this class with a core and lower body class for a full-body experience.
9min Oblique Love
You need only the base model to target your obliques in this short and effective class! Pair with a lower body class for a full-body workout, or hit it solo.
8min Bungee Booty!
Short, simple, sweet bungee booty burn! Enjoy this 8 minute scorcher for your glutes! Class will use: base model and bungee. No bungee? Substitute in a loop band around your thighs or a hand weight.
5min Quick Core Burn
This is a 5 minute quick core workout performed mostly on the back of the Micro. This class uses the base model plus back platform. Add this on to any class for a little extra core burn or solo for a quick workout!
7min Arm Block 4
This 7 minute upper body block will use the back platform and base model of the Micro. Class will focus on arms, back muscles, and a little sneaky core. Can be done as a short stand alone or added to any full-body workout!
9min Core Workout
This 9 minute core focused workout will target all the muscles of your trunk. You will need the base model of the Microformer with an option to use the front handlebars in the first exercise.
9min Arm Block 1
This 9 minute arm block can be added on to any class for some extra upper body love or as a stand alone. This class will focus heavily on triceps and back. You will need the base model and back platform, but can also be modified for the base model by placing your knees on the floor.
8min Restorative Yoga
This is a short restorative yoga flow to stretch, ground, and reset your energy. This can be done on or off your Microformer.
