30min Full-Body w/Pulley Cables

This is a 30 minute full-body workout using the Microworks Pulley Cables. This class features Express & 5th Lunge, Sexy Back, and Newspaper. Remove rear handlebars for better ease in transitions. You can modify this class without cables by using hand weights for arms, and opting for zero springs and a balancing tool in the lunges.
