40min Full-Body

This 40 minute full-body class is heavy on the core to begin, followed by legs on the back and front of the Micro, biceps and upper body to bridge your leg series, and a quick but deadly core finisher. You will need: base model, back platform, and rear handlebars. Feel free to remove front handlebars if they get in the way of Spider Kicks.
