All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
20min Around the World
This class will have you circling your Micro for 20ish minutes. You will need the base model, rear platform, rear high handlebars, and hand weights.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute full-body workout will target: triceps, core, glutes and hamstrings. You will need light to medium hand weights, the base model, rear platform, and space in front of your Micro.
30min Buns & Guns
This 30 minute full-body workout will focus on your: Buns & Guns! This is one of my favorite classes ever! Uses: base model, bungee, rear platform, cables, and hand weights.
45min Replay Live 2/26/22
Setup: Space in front of your Micro, light hand weights up front, mat beside your Micro for Side Lying work, and one white spring.
25min Upper Body & Core w/Cables
This 25 minute class will focus on your upper body and core. Hook up your cables to start and create as much space as possible behind your back platform. Remove rear handlebars.
40min Full-Body w/Cables
This 40 minute full-body class will use cables at just the very end, or you can substitute in hand weights. Class uses the base model, rear platform, and front handlebars.
20min Core & Lower Body
This 20 minute class will target your core and lower body. Uses: base model, rear platform, and front handlebars.
40min Live Replay 2/19/22
Lots of setup! Cables on, light hand weights nearby, no handlebars needed, bungee on longest setting, space behind your Micro, and a mat beside your Micro (left side of front platform to start).
30min Full-Body (upper focus)
This 30 minute full-body workout will put an emphasis on the upper body. Uses: hand weights (medium), base model, rear platform, and space in front and to the sides of your Micro.
20min Full-Body (lower focus)
This 20 minute full-body class will focus on the lower body and I predict you will be shaking by the second exercise. Uses: base model, bungee, and hand weights.
30min Full-Body (core focus)
This 30 minute full-body workout will focus on the core in every move. You will need the base model, rear platform, light to medium hand weights, bungee, and space in front of the Micro.
45min Live Replay 2/12/22
Setup: One White Spring, Front Handlebars, Space in Front of Micro and to Each Side, and Light to Medium Hand Weights. Shoutout to the whole crew: Alexa, Melanie, Stasia, Julie, & Nicole!
20min One Black Spring
I just fell back in love with the black spring! This 20 minute full-body class is FIRE! Uses: one black, hand weights, front high handlebars, base model, and bungee.
20min One White Spring
This 20 minute full-body class will use only one white spring and the back of the Micro. Set up rear high handlebars and get to work!
25min One Red Spring
I love how different this class feels. The entire 25 minute class is done on one red spring and uses cables (or substitute hand weights). No handlebars needed.
45min Replay Live 2/5/22
Setup: Cables attached to carriage (or options given for hand weights), rear handlebars on, space behind your Micro, and one black spring to start.
40min Full-Body w/Mat & Weights
This 40 minute full-body class will make use of a mat and light hand weights for a few exercises off the Micro. Trust me, this one is good! Uses: base model, rear platform, front handlebars, mat, and light hand weights. Remove rear handlebars.
30min Full-Body Combos
Let’s workout, but make it a combo! This 30 minute full-body class will keep you on your toes. Uses: base model, medium hand weights, back platform, rear high handlebars, and bungee (not for kicks).
25min Advanced Full-Body
This advanced 25 minute full-body workout will have you feeling some things! Uses: base model, rear platform, and rear high handlebars.
45min Full-Body
This 45 minute full-body class will target obliques, glutes, abs, biceps, chest, and shoulders. Uses: base model, rear platform, front handlebars, and cables.
