29min Mostly Arms & a Little Core w/Cables

This 29 minute class will target biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back with a touch of ab work. Every move beyond the first exercise will utilize the Lagree cables. For setup: roll out a mat behind your back platform. Attach cables to the back end of your carriage.
