All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
Full-Body Basics (30min)
This workout is anything but basic. Play with using the floor as an extension of the Micro and get ready to shake! Uses: front handlebars.
Full-Body off the Front (30min)
This full-body class will use space in front of your front platform and front handlebars.
20min Full-Body w/Weights
This 20 minute class uses the base model and hand weights. I love how seamless and challenging this workout is!
20min Base Model Beatdown
Just you, MicroAdventures, and the base model. LFG! Uses: space in front of the Micro.
28min Form & Tempo Full-Body
Basics are best! This class will focus on alignment, form, and tempo. Just because it’s “basic” doesn’t mean it’s easy. Uses: front handlebars.
20min Less Transitions Full-Body
This 20 minute class will use the base model and front handlebars. Class focuses on fewer transitions to increase the effectiveness of this workout. Challenge yourself to stay in every move!
38min Transition-Focused Throwback!
This 38 minute full-body class is a throwback and focuses on transitions! This workout is incredibly satisfying as you will feel yourself improve the speed/quality of your transitions. This class utilizes: the base model and front handlebars.
30min Full-Body Tempo Focus
This is a 30 minute full-body workout that focuses on tempo. This class will teach you how to add extra challenge to every single exercise and the importance of moving slowly on the Microformer. This class utilizes the base model and front handlebars.
41min Full-Body
This is a 41 minute full-body workout is light on planks, has a good crunch series, and targets triceps, lats, and legs. This class features Micro Donkey Kicks, Side Runner’s Lunge (new), and Uneven Sumo Squats. Uses: Base Model, Back Platform, & Rear Handlebars.
40min Base Model Beatdown
Let’s go! 40 minutes to target your whole body on just the base model. Look for all the little ways you can intensify your workout by going slower and pausing in the toughest part of the exercise. This class is simple and effective.
50min Transition-Focused Full-Body
Transitions are my favorite part of the workout. This 50 minute full-body class will teach you how to transition smoothly, keeping engagement in the muscles and also super fast, getting from one end of the machine to the other. This workout utilizes the fully loaded Microformer, but can be done with the base model using modifications.
44min Full-Body w/Intention
The theme of this 44 minute full-body class is to connect your mind and body. When we focus on engaging our muscles, everything becomes more intentional and challenging. All you need for this class is the base model and front handlebars if you have them, option to modify with the front platform.
26min Full-Body One Red One Black
This 26 minute full-body class is done entirely on the front of the Microformer on one red and one black spring. This workout uses the base model and front handlebars.
22min Full-Body on Front, Facing Front
This 22 minute full-body workout uses the base model and front handlebars on the Microformer, all on one black spring. Pick up a set of 1-3lb hand weights during the first 10 minutes of class for added intensity. Finisher in class is your choice!
42min Form Focused Full-Body
This 42 minute class will focus on foundational exercises, perfecting your form, proper alignment and body positioning, and how to increase or decrease intensity in any exercise. This class will use the base model of the Microformer and front handlebars.
38min Transition Focused Full-Body
This is another Basics are Best workout! In this 38 minute full-body class we focus on transitions. This workout is incredibly satisfying as you will feel yourself improve the speed/quality of your transitions. This class utilizes: the base model and front handlebars.
