All live class replays are full-body workouts, 40-45min in length, include music, and feel like an in-studio class. On-demand videos vary in length, focus, and equipment and do not include music. However, you will find playlist options to add music to any workout here. Pick your playlist of choice and hit “shuffle.” Control volume in Spotify app to sync with class.
26min Abs, Arms, & Glutes w/Cables
This 26 minute workout will focus on abs, arms, and glutes and make use of the Lagree cables. Option to use hand-weights rather than cables. Create space behind your Micro and the entire class will be at the back end and near the sides of your machine.
30min Full-Body on the Front
This 30 minute Micro class on the front makes short work of transitions! This class will use the base model and front handlebars. Pick up weights if you’re looking for an extra challenge! If you like Spider Kicks on the Micro, this one is for you!
7min Arm Block 4
This 7 minute upper body block will use the back platform and base model of the Micro. Class will focus on arms, back muscles, and a little sneaky core. Can be done as a short stand alone or added to any full-body workout!
40min Full-Body w/Cables
This 40 minute full-body workout will make use of cables hooked to the back of your carriage. A loop at the end of your cable to be used as a footstrap will be helpful for: Scrambled Eggs, Donkey Kicks, Leg Sweeps, Leg Press, and Outer Thigh Lifts. This class uses the base model and cables.
25min Full-Body Burnout w/Bungee
This 25 minute full-body workout does not miss a beat! This class will use the base model of the Micro with an option to use your bungee to turn the heat up even higher!
26min Full-Body w/Bungee & Weights
This 26 minute full-body workout will incorporate hand weights and the bungee! This class will fly by and target all the major muscle group along the way. Class will use: base model, front handlebars, bungee, and weights.
21min Full-Body: Heavy Spring Legs & Core
21 minutes of full-body: core up front, heavy spring legs (option to add bungee), and core at the back! This workout uses the base model, rear platform, back handlebars, and bungee.
20min HIIT
Back by popular demand: 20 minutes of Microformer & HIIT. This class has 3 cardio intervals that last one minute each and are performed on the floor beside your Micro. Low and high-impact options for every move. This class will mix up your Micro workouts, spike your heart rate, and keep your body guessing! Base model only needed.
36min Abs & A** w/Weights
This 36min full-body workout will focus on abs and a**! Grab a set of hand weights to get an extra burn and add in upper body work. This one will GET IT DONE! This class uses: base model, front handlebars, and the back platform.
15min “Waisted” Arms
This 15 minute class will target your waistline and arms. Fave moves: Reverse Dancing Bear Crawl & Single Arm Wheelbarrow. This class will use: the base model and back platform.
28min Outer Thighs & Core
This class will focus on outer thighs and core. Look forward to some time lying down beside and on top of your Micro in: bridge lifts in a turnout position and side lying leg press. Class will use the base model and back platform.
30min Full-Body w/Cables
This 30 minute full-body workout with cables will use the cables for arm work near the beginning of class. Make some space behind your Micro and attach cable cuffs to the back carriage rail. You’ll be cued when to attach/detach cables, so they don’t drag under the machine when not in use. You only need the base model and a set of cables that attach to the back of the carriage. Yoga straps will work!
23min Full-Body w/Weights
This 23 minute full-body class with hand-weights will use the base model, back platform, and rear handlebars. Set your weights next to your front platform to start and enjoy this full-body workout when you are short on time and want an intense workout.
13min Quick Core Workout
This quick core workout will use the base model, front handlebars, and back platform. This class features: Catfish, Side Saddle Crunch, Hip Dips, and Around the World Bear.
22min Full-Body on the Back
This 22 minute full-body workout will use the base model plus the back platform. The entire class will be done on the back of the Micro. This class can be made less intense by dropping one black spring or opting to do it on the front. Pick your poison, and as always, you do you!
22min Full-Body HIIT
This 20 minute Micro class will involve some high or low-impact (your choice) cardio intervals to be done on the floor beside your Micro. Cardio moves are simple and designed to get your heart rate soaring between the traditional slow, controlled Micro moves. Enjoy!
39min Full-Body
This 39 minute full-body class is heavy on the obliques, legs, triceps, and back! Class will use the base model, back platform, and rear handlebars if you like! Get it done team!
38min Transition-Focused Throwback!
This 38 minute full-body class is a throwback and focuses on transitions! This workout is incredibly satisfying as you will feel yourself improve the speed/quality of your transitions. This class utilizes: the base model and front handlebars.
35min Bungee Bash
Let’s go! Use the bungee for everything but kicks in this full-body 35 minute class! This class was inspired by the Master Your Micro class led by my fellow trainer, Alison, and it's good.
