Throwback 40min Full-Body
Throwback Class! Welcome to my favorite view over-looking the gorge and get ready to be worked in this 40 minute full-body class! This class will use the base model, front handlebars, and option to use the bungee for more than just kicks. Set some hand weights near your front platform as an alternative option!
Throwback 25min Abs & A**
Throwback Class! This 25 minute Microformer class will focus on your core and glutes. Remove front handlebars for greater ease in Micro Donkey kicks. You will need the base model and back platform. You can modify by sitting on the floor for Super Crunch if you do not have the back platform.
Throwback 15min Waisted Arms
Throwback Class! This 15 minute class will target your waistline and arms. Fave moves: Reverse Dancing Bear Crawl & Single Arm Wheelbarrow. This class will use: the base model and back platform.
30min Full-Body
This 30min full-body class uses the base model and back platform. Class will feature a twist on Elevator Lunge, Giant Upper Body & Core, & a Side Runner’s Lunge.
10min Abs & Obliques
This 10min core focused class will target all the muscles of your core. Roll out a yoga mat beside your Micro for Twisted V-Sits. Class will use the base model and back platform.
20min Full-Body
This 20min full-body class will focus on core, obliques, and legs. Class uses just the base model and back platform to get it done!
Mix & Match 1: Abs, Biceps, Chest, & Shoulders
This class is part of a 3-part series that can be done solo (18min) or mixed with one or two of the others for a 36min or 54min full-body workout as you like! This class will target abs, biceps, shoulders, and chest and use the base model, rear platform, and cables.
Mix & Match 2: Lower Body
This class is part of a 3-part series that can be done solo (18min) or mixed with one or two of the others for a 36min or 54min full-body workout as you like! This 18 minute lower body focused class will use the base model. Pick up hand weights if you’re looking for an extra burn. Class will feature a Dynamic Runner’s Lunge!
Mix & Match 3: Obliques, Triceps, & Back

30min Full-Body All About Dem Cables!
This 30 minute class will use the cables in every single move to target your entire body. Your core will be feeling it, but there are ZERO planks in this class. You will use: the base model, rear platform, and cables.
8min Bungee Booty!
Short, simple, sweet bungee booty burn! Enjoy this 8 minute scorcher for your glutes! Class will use: base model and bungee. No bungee? Substitute in a loop band around your thighs or a hand weight.
40min Full-Body w/One Heavy Hand Weight
This 40 minute full-body class will use the base model, front handlebars, rear platform, and one hand weight. Let's go team!
10min Heavy Pushing Legs w/Weights
This heavy spring leg series will get it done for the lower body. Base model only needed and options given for hand weights. Let’s go!
10min White Spring Core
Nothing but CORE. First part of class is on the back of the Micro, so get it together! This class will use base model, rear platform, and rear handlebars. One white is highly recommended.
10min Light Spring Legs
All about the legs in this light spring class! You will need the base model, rear platform, and one white spring is recommended!
20min Series 1: Upper Body & Core
This class will focus on upper body (chest, biceps, shoulders) and core. Class will use the base model, back platform, and cables. Add this class to the the 20min lower body series for a full-body workout!
20min Series 2: Lower Body
This 20 minute lower body focused class can be paired with two others to target upper body and core. Do them all at once or spread throughout the week. All you need is the base model and option to add hand weights.
20min Series 3: Upper Body & Core
This 20 minute class will focus on upper body (back and triceps) and core. You will need the base model, cables, and back platform. This class can be added to the 20min lower body class for a full-body workout!
